Tamara Holder Law and Schroeter Goldmark and Bender (SGB) are Representing Victims of Sexual Abuse by Dr. Mark Mulholland.
Tamara Holder Law and Schroeter Goldmark and Bender (SGB), recently filed a lawsuit against Dr. Mulholland and his employers, Providence Health & Services and Kadlec Regional Medical Center, for their failure to protect patients from sexual abuse and negligent medical treatment at Dr. Mulholland’s hands.
Numerous patients allege that Kadlec was aware of serious concerns about Dr. Mulholland’s behavior, dating back as far as 2003, and Providence in 2014, once it began to operate in Tri-Cities. Despite these warnings, the institutions failed to make changes, violating their legal and ethical responsibilities to ensure patient safety and putting countless women at risk.
